How Hypnotherapy came into my life.
I had first hand experience of how well Hypnotherapy could work when, some years ago now, I had treatment from a Hypnotherapist to deal with my fear of the Dentist. It was then that I realised just how powerful a tool Hypnotherapy was and determined to train and become a successful Hypnotherapist myself. Since then I have helped literally hundreds of people to rid themselves of the fears, phobias, limiting beliefs and behaviours that taint peoples lives so needlessly.
I received my initial training with The British Association of Theraputical Hypnotists (Britains oldest professional Hypnotherapy Society) and then some time later went on to train with Paul Mckenna and Richard Bandler in advanced Hypnosis techniques and the use of NLP. Most recently through further training I also became certified as a practitioner of Callahan Technique or Thought Field Therapy .



Reiki.
As well as Hypnotherapy I also offer both Reiki training and treatments. Reiki is a healing technique using the natural life energy of the body, it was discovered (some would say re-discovered) by Dr Usui in Japan in the late 19th Century and was brought to the West shortly after the War by Mrs Takata. I teach all degrees of Reiki up to and including Master and offer tuition in both the traditional Japanese style of Reiki as well the style popularised by Mrs Takata.



Combining Hypnotherapy and Reiki
With Hypnotherapy you can easily change limiting behaviours and focus your mind and your emotions on achieving desired behaviours and a balanced emotional life . Reiki offers the ability to re-balance the body's life energy and so the two therapies can be combined together very effectively.
